Remember, it doesn’t matter how you get there, first you must start in a meditative state.
Void of emotion.
If you have never meditated before, try this method:
Find a quiet spot away from noise and disruption.
Get comfortable.
Clear your mind as best you can of thought.
Start by saying 3, 3,3, start the first three in a soft voice and diminish down to a whisper.
Then, 2,2,2, then one, one, one, then ohmmmmm….ohmmmm
This will help you achieve the state of mind to tell yourself where to go.
If you use your dreams….it is same…
You now visualize yourself going to the place where you can find an alternate you…
Or someone else you want to talk to….
The goal is to find the information you need that will allow you to be who you want to be
And bring it back.
One method is the doppelganger process….this is the method used to find yourself in an alternate universe. A universe where the YOU in that universe is doing what you want to do….
Let’s say you want to play piano for instance…You go to the alternative universe where the “you” in that universe plays piano. You slip yourself into that person and come back as them. You should now be able to play the piano.
Remember: Quantum Jumping is a form of self hypnosis…a method to overcome obstacles and be all you can and want to be!!!
If you want to use your dream state, as your meditative state try this method:
Lay in bed, eyes closed focus on where you would like to go, and what you would like to learn.
Start with your little toes first relax them with your mind, then the next toes, then the next, you should be asleep and on your way by the time you reach your big toes.
If not, massage your feet with your mind and all the way up your body bit by bit until you
slip into your dream state.
Most important of all don’t give up or get frustrated…it may take you several times and methods to find the one that’s best for you.
