Many Starseeds and Lightworkers have asked us for a strong protection exercise which will guard them against astral attack by negative energies and alien abduction and interference. Negative beings do exist to interfere and prey upon the unprotected and vulnerable. We have devised this protection exercise which we have found extremely effective in these situations. We are sure that you will too!
Chapter One
Personal Protection Technique
1. Twice a day (morning and night) and before you attempt any spiritual or psychic exercise, task or meditation protect yourself and all of those present with the following technique.
“I visualise this building surrounded by a beautiful, golden white light, of the Divine Source, entering in through the doors and windows, filling this building in its entirety, dispelling all negativity and totally protecting me / us. I ask that Archangel Michael only let through those of the Highest Vibration and Intent. I state that I will always use my spiritual and psychic gifts for the Highest Good!”
3. Now visualise yourself inside a protective egg shell, auric egg of golden white light that is about one metre from your body. This protective auric eggshell of light will deflect all negative energies, but allows positive energies through.

If you feel unsure of any spiritual being, at any time tell them to “GO AWAY” immediately. Repeat several times if required

Any Time, Any Where Protection
Also if at ANY TIME you feel wary, frightened or afraid for any reason, mentally ask Archangel Michael come to your aid and protect you. (He is the Archangel of Protection). Visualise your surroundings being filled with an Electric Blue Coloured Light of Protection and leave the area as soon as possible.
Conclusion
Dear Starseeds and Lightworkers, we hope that you will use this protection exercise whenever you feel frightened or in danger. Practicing it before something negative may happen, is good common sense, so that you are well-prepared and it comes automatically to mind, in times of danger. The World of Spirit and psychic phenomena is an amazing place and experience, but always confront it safely!
