Once upon a time there was a toy golden doodle name Casey. He lived with a family that abused him quite a bit and then decided to drop him off at a kill shelter one day as they could no longer care for him due to financial reasons. He was at the shelter for over 6 months in Orange Country.
One weekend, a dog rescue group saved Casey, who was going to be put asleep in a matter of days. They took Casey from the kill shelter and brought him to an adoption event at Petco in San Mateo, California on February 5, 2011.
Patty and Jeffrey had been spending months trying to adopt a dog, but could not find the dog that was perfect for them... until they met Casey! Look at his face!
Casey fit in their family right away. Hey also loves to play with Patty’s sisters’ dogs, Toby and Boomy. They are truly three amigos!
Today, Casey lives a peaceful life. He eats, sleeps and plays all day. He is truly content and together Jeff, Patty, and Casey are living happily ever after!
