Physical health depends greatly on the energy generated by our thoughts and feelings. Flower Essence Remedies offer a gentle and natural way of balancing and transforming these energies. Taken orally, Nature's Flowers of Life (R) Flower Essence Remedies provide an opportunity to address what is out of balance in your life. These Essences gently address daily challenges such as stress, anger, grief, self-worth, abundance, and relationships. They are lovingly prepared to bring about positive, effective changes within every aspect of your daily life - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. They also assist with the release of repressed cellular memories held within the body from your past experiences and those passed down through your ancestors.
Flower Essence Remedies work most effectively when there is a conscious intent and willingness for healing to take place. Affirmations have therefore been provided with each of the Nature’s Flowers of Life (R) essences, to assist with intent and commitment to change.
The essences are non-invasive, free from side effects and are self-adjusting to your individual needs. They can therefore safely be taken with most medications. They are suitable for people of all ages, for animals and plants.
As Flower Essences are ingested they are assimilated into the circulatory system and then into the nervous system where they connect with the life-force and consciousness of the subtle bodies, chakras and cellular structure of the physical body.
Approximately 500 years ago a man named Paracelsus developed a concept known as the ' doctrine of signatures' of plants and flowers. This concept holds that the appearance of a plant or flower conveys insights that relate to their healing qualities. Doctrines of signatures can relate to aspects such as the shape, colour or texture of the flower, plant, or tree, or to the number of petals or stamens. This concept is used in most of the flower files found in this book.
DNA & Flower Essences
There are 12 major DNA strands within each living being, but there are many
thousands of strands within these strands. When flower essences are ingested the
DNA strands of flowers contained in the essences download new coded patterns into
the human DNA. Some of these coded patterns will be accepted into a person’s
biology assisting them to take opportunities for change, depending on their
receptiveness to accept change.
With this knowledge we can see that Flower Essences assist in bringing
transformation and balance allowing us to create new contracts of intent. We can
move forward with clarity and therefore change our perceptions and set new
intentions to work towards a new reality and a concept of the “New Earth”
energies..............
Taking Essences
Taking Flower Essences is very safe. They are harmless if more is taken than the recommended dosage as they are self-adjusting to a person’s needs and what they can cope with (see section on DNA). Essences are safe for adults & children of all ages, as well as for animals and plants. They can be safely taken with most medications.
By combining several Flower Essence Remedies in one mix that is specifically designed for a person, we can offer threads of inter-connected coded patterns, so that several interrelated opportunities for change can occur. Some people may feel the urge to have a series of essence mixes one after the other. Others prefer to work more slowly finding that one mix offers quite enough into their lives at one time to deal with.
Flower Essences are also helpful when used externally in a bath, or as a poultice on swellings. They can be equally effective when added to massage oils, sprays or creams. Added to vaporisers, various essences can be useful to help clear and calm the energies of a room.
Flower Essence Preparation
There are 3 different strengths of flower essences involved in the making process. The essence obtained from the process of steeping the flowers is referred to as the MOTHER TINCTURE, and from this a STOCK CONCENTRATE is diluted. A DOSAGE is obtained by again diluting the Stock concentrate. Brandy or vodka is usually added as a preservative.
Crystals & Gemstones
The use of crystals and gemstones within flower essences enhances and magnifies their energies and healing properties.
Crystals and gemstones in their own right have energy vibrations to heal and balance in similar ways to how flower essences heal. They comprise energies of the mineral kingdom and are formed within the earth during time spans often exceeding hundreds or thousands of years. In The Crystal Bible by Judy Hall it is said that ' crystals are the earth’s DNA, a chemical imprint for evolution' holding memory imprints of the planet’s formation. In today’s world crystals are even used to hold memories within our modern computer technologies.
Flower Essences & their Healing Properties
Below are some examples of Nature’s Flowers of Life (R) essences, which has a

BLUE WATER LILY
(Nymphaea nouchali)

As the raindrops fall, overall there is rejoicing. Water is a sacred gift upon the Earth and I
am blessed to live upon it (The Blue Water Lily speaks)
These were the first words the Water Lily gave to me, expressing that humanity has
forgotten the sacredness and blessedness of water – that which we cannot live without.
The Blue Water Lily essence offers the gift of awakening not only to the sacredness of
water, but to all aspects of life upon Earth. This awakening thus opens you to the sacredness
within the self; that of the body, mind, the spirit and the soul. The gift of life within you and
the gifts of life all around you that form this wondrous planet, are brought to Light by
ingesting the Blue Water Lily essence.
The Blue Water Lily essence calms the mind and the emotions, especially where there
is turmoil or disruptive energies around. It would therefore also be useful to use in an oil
burner or in the form of a room spray to calm the emotions amongst family members or
within groups of people at meetings or gatherings where there may be disagreement, anger or
upset. In keeping the energies calm, it allows for openness and clarity to finding solutions.
The Doctrine of Signatures of this flower are related to how it stands strong and tall
with its leaves floating on the water. Water is related to the emotions and these lilies are
found mostly in ponds of tranquil waters. This tranquility is transferred to the essence.

This is an Australian native flower and its essence is for those who feel disassociated
with life and love. They have created barriers to shield the heart, protecting themselves from
painful experiences. They feel unsafe to give love and their protective barriers prevent them
from allowing love in. They can have a tendency to over-react when feeling particularly
vulnerable.
These experiences are often associated with both past and present life experiences.
Geraldton Wax has the ability to soften the tough exterior of the self, to touch the vulnerable
inner beauty. It helps people to feel less vulnerable by strengthening self-trust, and thereby
trust of others. It helps set safe boundaries that allow the opening of the heart, acceptance of
self worth, and the ability to love and to be loved.
Geraldton Wax offers a message of inner wisdom to the user of its essence. It offers a
sense of renewal so that it is possible to choose a new direction in life with openness to love
and a joy of living. It engenders hope, faith and trust.
The Doctrine of Signatures is reflected in the waxy tough exterior of the violet and
pink flowers, while at its heart is a violet bowl-shaped centre, like cupped hands holding a
depth of sensitivities within. The Geraldton Wax is a sensitive but resilient plant reflecting
tough, resilient life experiences. Pink is the colour for the heart and purple for the third eye,
representing the ability to connect to your sensitivity and inner wisdom through love. The
essence of Geraldton Wax is calming and it eases the sensitivity, bringing balance to the mind

About the author:
Solara is a spiritual healer who intuitively works with vibrational healing energies
including flower essence remedies. She prepares her own essences, including within
them the energies of gem elixirs. She began her journey of personal transformation in
1989 whilst living in the Blue Mountains National Park where many of her essences
were prepared.
