My name is Claire and I live in Sydney, Australia. If you pass me on the sidewalk, you may not look twice as i'm quite an ordinary girl with an inordinate obsession for books. I am a Virgo, an amateur Tarot Card Reader, a romantic and just a thirty something girl trying to find her place in the world. I adore beautiful pictures and inspiring words. I believe that a life lived with love and excitement in your heart is the most fulfilling type. My passions include writing, surfing, yoga, snowboarding, travelling, good music, volunteering and op shopping. Being honest and taking risks is how I live my life. I love gifts and surprises. One day I hope to buy a rescue dog, and when I do I want to call it either Jack or Roxy! I dream about starting up a charity, but really don't know where to start. I love horses, Chanel, and genuine people. My personal commitment is to treat everyone how I would like to be treated, don’t judge, and just trust that everybody is doing their best with what they know now. My passion is to hopefully help others discover how to live the life they have dreamed of and become the authentic selves they were born to be. It’s my ongoing discovery of the purpose of life and the things which make me happy, and I hope it helps you re-discover yourself as well.

The Master's Hand by Richard McCormack The Master's Hand by Richard McCormack April 13, 2012 5736 words Read a sample
Author bio:
On every gravestone in the world there are two dates. One recounts the day the person was born, the other when they died. Yet between those two dates dwells a dash that represents the entire sum of the persons life — and it is in this dash Richard D. McCormack has dedicated his life to helping people in need. Born in California and reared in the southwest, Richard has been part of many cultures. Growing up the second son of a “preacher-man,” he has seen the good and bad that ministry has to offer. After seeing the devastation of abuse to his fifteen month old daughter he has tried to help others find peace in their struggles. A graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Wort, he has been the pastor of four churches, two of which he started. Today, Richard is the pastor of First Baptist Church, Dunsmuir, California. He is also a prolific author of devotions, articles, and books to help people overcome their struggles. Richard is the author of several books including "All or Nothing," "Does This Christian Thing Work?," and "It Is Well . . .," which is about one family devotion to see God and understand His love as their life cycles through the repeating phases of tragedy and hope. Richard is also a noted classical portrait photographer and photojournalist. His work has appeared in magazines and papers around the world.

Joe Biancardi spent most of his life in St. Louis where he grew up and worked as a policeman, engineer and a salesman trying to find his niche in life. At the age of forty he took his new wife to the gulf coast of Alabama where he raised his three children. “We didn’t realize we’d be trading cold winters for a hurricane prone area. Now, years later he admits the trade-off was worth it. “It’s allowed me to see what the powers of Mother Nature are capable of: from the ferocity of hurricanes to the relaxing sound of the surf at Florida and Alabama beaches. Now almost twenty-five years later he’s retired and found his calling. He writes books dealing with the power of intention as well as other adventure stories. My children and grandchildren used to ask me to tell them a story. Now I put these stories into a book form, living the adventures in my recliner. He is co-founder of the HeartMind Institute where he works with people, teaching them how to expand their heart's energy field. I will continue to keep the books I publish, that are about the human spirit and powers of intention, FREE. I welcome questions and comments about my books.

Married 18 years to the one who holds her heart and mom to 3 Es... one in public high school, one in private middle school, and one elementary homeschooled. Heidi's days are spent at volleyball practices, football games, homeschool co-op, prayer meetings, and at her favorite escape—the library. She has also prayed many friends through the horrific battle of breast cancer. Her life is richer for the gift of these friends. Her busy schedule belies the the simple truths that form the foundation of her life: faith, grace, gratitude, generosity, and love. In some form or another, Heidi has imagined, shared, told, and written stories for as long as she can remember. Being called to share her stories has been a journey out of the ordinary. The Secret of Counting Gifts is her first published novel. Immensely grateful for her gift to craft words into stories that move readers from laughter to tears and back again, she is quick to credit the Creator for her talent. She continues to count her God-given gifts everyday. More of Heidi's thoughts, stories, and a collection of her Bible studies for children can be found on her blog, heidikreider.com.

Author bio:
I have been creating things for as long as I can remember. Everything from paintings and sculptures to novels. Creativity is such an important part of my life that I can't imagine not getting up every day with some artistic project to do. Writing a novel had always been a goal of mine but I never actually sat down to do it until 2007 when I wrote The Cat Factory. After that I was hooked. Next came It's All About The Gravy and Ripples. For years I studied spirituality and had just finished getting a masters in the Paranormal, therefore I wrote about spiritual transformations. My goal was to help people. It always has been. And I truly hope any of my stories will help you, if not in a spiritual way, then just to enjoy. After years of writing about spirituality I wanted to try something different. My friends tease me and say that I've gone over to the dark side. Not really. Though my newest novel, The Contraption, does explore the dark side of human nature it also brings in my love for the paranormal and some really strong spiritual ideas, like watch what you think about, it may come true. Writing The Contraption was so much fun and I hope anyone who reads it will have fun, get scared, wonder and be immersed in something new and different. After all, that's really what it's all about. Like my stories, the paranormal has many sides. There's the happy, spiritual side. The realm of miracles, angels, life after death, hope, healing, wonder and love. On the other side of the paranormal there's mystery, intrigue, and the unknown. It brings in magic and psychics and witches and black cats. It makes you wonder and question. I guess that's what I love about it most. In the end the paranormal is something that can never be proven to exist or not to exist. Whether it lifts you up and makes you feel good or it scares the heck out of you, hopefully it entertains you!

Author bio:
I am a 22 year-old hippie who is just discovering what life really is. My heart is entrenched in novel writing. I am pursuing a dream of being a full-time novelist. It's the beginning of a journey that I have always dreamed of. I have risen from a dark childhood of domestic violence. I faced that monster in my closet and am now writing about it. I watched my mother be tortured for almost ten years. I stood before the remnants of the house her ex burned down in a drunken rage. I lived with the aftermaths and the damage it did in the years that followed. Now, I am chasing dreams and living my life to the fullest.Through my writing I want to be an advocate for domestic violence and child abuse, to speak out and be a voice. I am engaged to a wonderful man I met while working on the college newspaper. I am a journalism grad, a journalist, a sister younger and older, a daughter to a survivor of a mother and my angel daddy, a niece and a soon-to-be wife. I have been writing since I could put a pencil to paper it seems. My first writings were short stories rewriting fairy tales in ways I envisioned them to play out. Poetry was something that intrigued me in junior high school. An interest in Shakespeare came in high school when I attended an outreach school in grades 11 and 12. I was permitted to study on my own and got to drift around with different areas on top of the curriculum already in place. Shakespeare and forensics became the two main things I studied there. It was through Shakespeare's MacBeth and an essay assignment that I got interested in the witch hunts and trials of the 16th and 17th centuries, igniting the idea for the Spellbound series. In 2011, I set a goal. After graduating from college, I set out to publish two of my books. One is my poetry book about domestic violence and child abuse, "She Wasn't Allowed to Giggle" and the other is the first in a series, "Spellbound by Fire." My poetry book was self-published back in September and "Spellbound" was published in December. With that goal out of the way, I am setting my sights once again on my journalism career while trying to make it big with publishing my books.

Some degrees in physics, some time in research laboratories and thatched hut villages, some teaching in universities and management in international technology: all sound like credentials to lend credibility to the role of author. But such experiences provide only tools and terminology and opportunity, not wisdom and insight. You and I share the same foundation for whatever wisdom and insight we may glean out of life, the joys and grief, the celebrations and hunger that make up daily living. I hope through this book my knowledge of physics and funerals, science and spirit, quanta and cultures, can help you bridge the illusory gap between intellect and heart. If so, that will happen not through transfer of wisdom, but through an opening of windows to allow realization of your own wisdom. Questioning "what" and "how" led me to universities and degrees in physics. Questioning "why" led me to cathedral and temple and mosque. I have been blessed to learn from a winner of the Einstein Award and from village shamans. But such learning seems inconsequential in comparison to life's lessons: the grim look on the face when after the wreck you ask "will she be OK?"...the feel of the hospital sheets after the stroke...and every warm embrace and authentic smile and sincere welcome. I am grateful to professors and priests, research centers and jungle shrines. But they provide only the paint color to be applied to the structure built of the scope of real life, built of pets and people, love and loneliness, homes and hospitals. I pray my degrees and travel, survival and losses that led to my books can bring a little light to your very real life and reveal to you the brightness of your heart's wisdom and the Source awaiting our discovery.

I pray my degrees and travel, survival and losses that led to my books can bring a little light to your very real life and reveal to you the brightness of your heart's wisdom and the Source awaiting our discovery.

Many years ago, my mom shared with me something that has remained with me even to this day. She said , You can be, do or have anything your think you can. Some time later, as a adult, I heard a similiar statement. Good Vibe Coaching isn’t about me – it’s about you – but here’s a little personal background: For years I did everything the way many still do … struggling with job changes, relationship breakups, financial upsets, health problems, etc. Little did I know I was making life harder than it needed to be! After building a “successful” corporate career in financial services as a Certified Financial Planner and retirement plan specialist, I soon lived the rut of autopilot. I didn’t know there was any other way to do it, until one day a homeless guy invited me to hit the road with him and the invite appealed! I realized something might not be right with this life I’d built if giving it all up to wander the streets sounded like a good trade. It was one of those turning point moments that led to a heartfelt search for change. (Thank you, homeless guy, for the wake-up call.) Soon afterward I discovered the Law of Attraction and became passionate about sharing this secret for life transformation. Trained at CoachU and a certified Martha Beck Master Coach, I created Good Vibe Coaching for the extreme privilege of helping you remove the obstacles keeping you from the life you want. In fact, I co-founded Good Vibe Coaching Academy in support of other coaches' success as well. Author of " The Magic of Pray Rain Journaling,” contributor to Jack Canfield’s "Life Lessons for Mastering the Law of Attraction,” co-author of “101 Great Ways to Change Your Life, Vol. 3,” and regular contributor to The Catalyst Magazine, I also speak on deliberate creation to various groups across the country. This is your official invite to challenge your beliefs, revive your fantasies, know that anything is possible and harness the Law of Attraction to get what you want, once and for all! For those interested in more details: I’m an animal lover and volunteer for my local animal shelter as a foster mom. Nature is my touchstone and I love hiking with the dogs! I'm an avid movie-goer; Mexican food is my staple; yoga helps me stay grounded and feeling good. Chocolate, music, classic cars also top my list of favorite things in life. My studies over the years have included personal finance, diet & nutrition, astrology, feng shui, angels, chanting and kinesiology, among other things. Pleasure to meet you!
